Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Form Living.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Any item that has been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shopformliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return process

1. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and the China warehouse address.

2. Please ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving approval.

3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

• We do not offer exchanges currently.
